First Lady visits St. Joseph’s University, Bengaluru, India

First Lady Madam Sajidha Mohamed visited St. Joseph’s University Bengaluru, where she completed her bachelor’s degree.

Madam Sajidha was received by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of St. Joseph’s University Rev Dr Victor Lobo and Registrar Professor Dr Melwin Colaco.

The Vice-Chancellor thanked the First Lady for her visit to St. Joseph’s University and mentioned that he is happy that the First Lady is a distinguished alumnus of the university.

The First Lady expressed her pleasure to be back in St. Joseph’s University and mentioned that the institution is where she began her higher education journey. She added that St. Joseph’s University is a place close to her heart.

The First Lady spoke about her time in St. Joseph’s which she said was great experience and that the friendships and mentorships that she found at the university played a transformative role in her life. She also stated that while studying in Bangalore she found the city to be a very vibrant and diverse city with many languages and cultures.
